Philadelphia 76ers point guard Ben Simmons had an embarrassing moment after openly criticising the team. Simmons went on to call the Sixers players ‘soft’ just to later realize he is on the team.
Later he admitted he felt ‘like an idiot’ for making such comments, per The Onion:
“I feel like an idiot, I would’ve never called the team ‘soft’ if I’d realized that I’m the starting point guard.
“Honestly, it totally slipped my mind that I’m signed here through 2025.”
