The 26-year-old received boos from the fans in Philadelphia as he close to a triple-double with 11 points, 7 rebounds and 11 assists. Brooklyn lost the game (106-115).

After the game Kyrie Irving said that it is actually good to hear the crowd booing and that his team should take it as a motivation for the next time when the visit the Sixers.

“The crowd’s not going anywhere. It’s good to hear their loud voices, hear their boos. Next time hopefully that motivates us to go out there and get that win a little bit more,” Irving said after the game, via Nets Videos on Twitter.
