The head coach of Anadolu Efes, Ergin Ataman, was not satisfied at all with the performance of the team’s co-leader, Vasilije Micic.
“Our point guard made seven turnovers. This is unacceptable for me that one player was the MVP two days ago and tonight he played with seven turnovers and 0/6 shots.
These are unprofessional things,” the Turkish coach told reporters in the post-game press conference of Efes’ defeat to Panathinaikos (86-70).
Micic, who had been named the MVP of EuroLeague Round 5 on Wednesday (30/10), finished the game with seven turnovers, 0/6 3-pointers and a PIR of -4.
