Milos Teodosic hit the game-winning two-pointer at the buzzer and Virtus Bologna edged Monaco at home (77-75).
The Italians came back from a double-digit deficit and defeated the French to remain on top of Group A. Virtus improved to 4-1, whereas Monaco dropped to 3-2.
For his part, Teodosic had a game-high 24 points and seven assists.
