The Charlotte Hornets announced that Nicolas Batum will be sidelined for several weeks, due to a hand injury.
More specifically, he will be out of action for the next two to three weeks, due to an avulsion fracture on the third finger of his left hand. Batum’s condition will be re-evaluated in 20 days.
The French forward enters the last guaranteed season of his five-year contract with the Hornets. Batum has a player option for the 2020/21 season.
