The Los Angeles Lakers have signed shooting guard Troy Daniels to a one-year, $2.1 million veteran’s minimum deal. Daniels says he’s one of the best three-point shooters in the NBA:

“That’s my job, shoot the ball and actually make shots at a high level. I consider myself an elite shooter. When I’m open or have a little space, I honestly think it’s going to go in.”

This past season, the 28-year-old averaged 6.2 points, 1.4 assists and 0.5 rebounds per game, while shooting at 38.1 percent from the three-point line.
