The Golden State Warriors dominated the LA Clippers on the road (110-129) and won the series to advance to the Western Conference semi-finals (4-2).

The two-time defending champions took control from the second quarter onwards and never looked back. They led by as many as 26 points and cruised to the victory, as the Clippers came up short and never threatened again.

Kevin Durant exploded and scored a playoff career-high 50 points for the winners, while Stephen Curry (24 points), Draymond Green (16 points, 14 rebounds, 10 assists) and Andre Iguodala (15 points) also stood out for Golden State.

Five players scored in double figures for the losing squad, with Danilo Gallinari posting a team-high 29 points.

The Warriors will face the Houston Rockets in the semi-finals. Game 1 will be played in Oakland on Sunday (28/04).
