After a week of speculation, Furkan Korkmaz is leaving Anadolu Efes for the Philadelphia 76ers, the Turkish club announced.
It is unclear what kind of role Korkmaz will have on the Sixers roster but the 19-year-old will look to prove himself on an exiting roster that includes Ben Simmons and this year’s number one Draft pick, Markelle Fultz.

“We wish success to Furkan Korkmaz who will be the third player in NBA grown in Anadolu Efes’ basketball academy,” the tweet says.
The other two players are Mirsad Turkcan and Hedo Turkoglu.
