Jamahl Mosley: The players and I aren’t happy about 0-4 start

Here’s New Orleans Pelicans head coach Jamahl Mosley on the locker room vibes following Wednesday’s 104-91 home loss vs. the Denver Nuggets.

(via New Orleans Pelicans):

“Guys aren’t happy. I’m not happy. Nobody wants to be 0-4. And in that same breath, you understand it’s a part of a process of growing and getting better. I get it. We all want to be undefeated for an entire NBA season. I would love to go 82-0, but you gotta learn the lessons within this. The turnovers, you get it to five. How do we start a game? How do we close a game? You have to go through these things in order to understand what your process (is) and how it can work. This is a team that scored 141 the other night. They scored 104 tonight. They scored 37 in the first quarter. Now all of a sudden, they come back down 20, 22-25. Defense holds. So, something’s there. Now can we put it together for 48 minutes?”
