The Indiana Pacers and Orlando Magic will enter Monday night’s game at Kia Center with significant injury concerns shaping their lineups.
The Pacers are missing Johnny Furphy and Tyrese Haliburton due to right ACL tears, while Ivica Zubac remains out with a rib fracture.
Indiana lists several players as questionable, including Andrew Nembhard (right calf contusion), Aaron Nesmith (right ankle), Pascal Siakam (right knee sprain), Obi Toppin (right foot), and G League two-way players Taelon Peter, Jalen Slawson, and Ethan Thompson.
Orlando faces a major setback with Anthony Black (left lateral abdominal strain), Jonathan Isaac (left knee sprain), and Franz Wagner (left high ankle sprain) all ruled out.
The Pacers have struggled recently, losing their last two games: 119-134 at San Antonio and 119-127 versus Portland.
The Magic have also dropped consecutive contests, including a narrow 104-105 defeat to the Lakers and a 108-113 loss to Oklahoma City.
Pascal Siakam leads Indiana with 23.8 points, 6.6 rebounds, and 3.9 assists per game. Andrew Nembhard averages 17.2 points and 7.2 assists, while Aaron Nesmith contributes 13.4 points per contest.
Orlando’s top contributors include Paolo Banchero, who averages 22.2 points and 8.5 rebounds, and Desmond Bane with 20.4 points per game. Franz Wagner, before his injury, added 21.3 points, while Jalen Suggs provides 13.8 points and 5.3 assists. Wendell Carter Jr. averages 11.8 points and 7.6 rebounds.
Indiana sits at 15-56, already eliminated from playoff contention, while Orlando holds a 38-32 record, still vying for a postseason spot.
