Jerami Grant and Deni Avdija are listed as questionable or doubtful.
Avdija leads the Blazers with 26.1 points, 7.1 rebounds, and 6.9 assists per game, followed by Shaedon Sharpe with 21.5 points and 4.5 rebounds, and Grant adding 19.8 points and 4.0 rebounds.
The Lakers are coming off a 135-117 loss to the Hornets, snapping a one-game winning streak after a 141-116 victory over Atlanta.
Portland defeated Atlanta 117-101 in its most recent contest and holds a 20-22 record, sitting just outside the playoff picture in the Western Conference.
Both teams split their previous meetings this season, with Portland winning 122-108 on October 27 and Los Angeles taking a 123-115 win on November 3.
