The Atlanta Hawks have officially signed center Malik Williams to a two-way contract, confirming the move in a team release.

Williams has been playing for the College Park Skyhawks, where he has been a productive presence in the frontcourt this season.

In 14 G League games, Williams has averaged solid double-double numbers while providing shot-blocking and interior scoring.

The 6-foot-11 big man previously saw limited NBA action late in the 2023–24 season with the Toronto Raptors after signing two 10-day contracts, but has otherwise remained in the G League, including time with the Sioux Falls Skyforce.

The move comes as Atlanta continues to deal with significant frontcourt injuries.

With Jacob Toppin and Eli Ndiaye sidelined and N’Faly Dante lost for the season, the Hawks needed added depth. Williams can now be active for up to 32 NBA games under his two-way deal.
