Amazon Prime Video unveiled its new promotional campaign for the NBA, featuring Los Angeles Lakers star Luka Doncic as one of the faces of the launch.
The campaign, titled “NBA Delivered,” debuted during the Thursday Night Football broadcast on September 12. The commercial uses Amazon’s signature delivery theme to showcase the platform’s new NBA coverage.
In the ad, Doncic, Donovan Mitchell, and Victor Wembanyama arrive at a fan’s doorstep inside oversized Amazon Prime boxes. NBA on Prime talent Candace Parker, Blake Griffin, Taylor Rooks, and Dirk Nowitzki appear as the delivery drivers.
A longer 30-second version shows Doncic and Wembanyama being invited inside for dinner. The spot is part of a wider rollout across Amazon.com, Prime Video, and other live sports properties, including Thursday Night Football and New York Yankees broadcasts.
The campaign highlights the full range of NBA content available on Prime Video this season. Fans will have access to regular-season matchups, the Emirates NBA Cup, the SoFi Play-In Tournament, the NBA Playoffs, and League Pass, all under the new partnership.
For Amazon, the campaign marks a significant moment as it expands its live sports offerings. The NBA deal officially begins on October 24, placing basketball alongside the NFL and MLB within Prime Video’s portfolio.
