The San Antonio Spurs have signed free agent guard Isaiah Miller, according to a report from HoopsHype.

Miller, 27, brings extensive G League and overseas experience to San Antonio. He most recently played with the Austin Spurs, where he averaged 14.8 points, 6.5 rebounds, and 3.2 assists in 15 games during the 2024–25 season before suffering a torn right ACL in February.

The Georgia native has built a career on persistence since going undrafted in 2021. He joined the Iowa Wolves as an affiliate player that year after a brief stint with the Minnesota Timberwolves. Miller later moved to the Salt Lake City Stars, where he played two seasons and steadily increased his scoring and defensive contributions.

In 2024, Miller expanded his career overseas with APR in the Rwanda Basketball League. He made an immediate impact, scoring 43 points in the Rwanda Basketball Cup final and earning RBL Finals MVP honors after leading APR to a league championship in September.

Following his success abroad, Miller returned to the United States and signed with San Antonio in October 2024, though he was waived two days later and assigned to the Austin Spurs. His strong G League showing last season highlighted his athleticism and versatility despite his season-ending injury.

San Antonio enters the 2025–26 season with major roster changes. Longtime head coach Gregg Popovich stepped down in May after 29 years, with Mitch Johnson taking over the role. The team also added top draft picks Dylan Harper, Carter Bryant, and Kam Jones to complement Victor Wembanyama and Stephon Castle.
