Top 2025 NBA Draft prospect Cooper Flagg has officially signed with CAA Basketball, the agency confirmed on X.

Flagg, widely projected as the No. 1 overall pick in June’s draft, will now be represented by one of the league’s most powerful firms, which counts Jayson Tatum and Devin Booker among its high-profile clients.

The announcement comes just days after the Dallas Mavericks secured the first overall pick in the draft lottery for the first time in franchise history.

Dallas, which finished 39-43 and exited the Play-In Tournament, leapt to the top despite entering the lottery with just a 1.8% chance.

Flagg recently acknowledged the Mavericks’ situation, noting his readiness to deliver at the NBA level.

The 6-foot-9 forward declared for the draft after a standout freshman year at Duke, where he averaged 19.2 points, 7.5 rebounds, 4.2 assists, and 1.4 blocks over 37 starts.

He was named both ACC Player of the Year and ACC Rookie of the Year, becoming the first Blue Devil to earn both honors since Williamson in 2019.

Flagg also made headlines in January by scoring 42 points against Notre Dame, the highest single-game total by a freshman in ACC and Duke history.

He led Duke to the Final Four before the Blue Devils fell to Houston in a narrow semifinal loss.
