A woman allegedly involved in a romantic entanglement with New Orleans Pelicans star Zion Williamson is facing serious criminal charges after reportedly attacking a romantic rival and vandalizing the NBA player’s property.

According to a report by WSDU, the woman, identified as Ahkeema Love, is accused of confronting and assaulting another woman she viewed as a competitor for Williamson’s affections.

Before the physical altercation, Love had allegedly issued threats to the woman through social media platforms.

The situation escalated on Monday when Love is said to have entered Williamson’s residence, located in a secured, gated neighborhood in Kenner, Louisiana.

Once inside, Love allegedly grabbed the other woman by the hair and struck her with a set of keys, inflicting facial lacerations and reportedly tearing off several of the victim’s fingernails during the altercation.

In addition to the alleged assault, Love is also accused of having vandalized Williamson’s home by egging the property.

Following the incident, Love fled the scene but was apprehended shortly thereafter. She was taken into custody and made a court appearance on Tuesday.

Authorities have charged her with multiple offenses, including three counts of home invasion, aggravated burglary, and stalking.

The court set her bail at $50,000 and issued a restraining order requiring her to stay away from the victim.

Additionally, Love was ordered to surrender a firearm she possessed as part of the court’s precautionary measures.
