Kings still in play for Kyle Kuzma despite landing DeMar DeRozan

The Sacramento Kings are reportedly still interested in acquiring Kyle Kuzma, even after securing Chicago Bulls star DeMar DeRozan, NBA insider Marc Stein revealed on his Substack.

Kuzma, who won an NBA championship with the Los Angeles Lakers, showcased impressive stats last season with the Washington Wizards.

He averaged a career-high 22.2 points, 6.6 rebounds, and 4.2 assists per game.

Despite having three years left on his contract, valued at $90 million, Kuzma’s deal is seen as favorable for potential suitors like the Kings.

Sacramento is looking to bolster its roster ahead missing the playoffs this past season.
