Cleveland Cavaliers President of Basketball Operations Koby Altman says that finding the right head coach will be very important this offseason (fired JB Bickerstaff on May 23rd).

“Absolutely have to find the right leader. There’s pressure in everything we do, so I get the importance of this. There was nothing that JB did categorically wrong to say that, ‘Now we have to get this right.’ I think there was a lot of things we did incredibly well over the last four-and-a-half years that he was at the helm. What’s a fresh set of eyes look like? What’s a new approach look like with this particular group? And how can this new head coach really push us to the next level?”
