The injury-plagued Memphis Grizzlies may soon see some key players returning to the lineup. Guard Desmond Bane and forward Brandon Clarke are both on the verge of making comebacks.

Desmond Bane has progressed to participating in five-on-five activities in recent days. Grizzlies coach Taylor Jenkins anticipates Bane’s return to game action in “a couple of games.” Bane has been sidelined for over two months since sustaining a Grade 3 left ankle sprain on January 12.

Meanwhile, Brandon Clarke, who has not played this season due to a torn left Achilles tendon suffered last March, has significantly increased his workload.

He is set to commence five-on-five activities in the upcoming weekend, and Jenkins expressed optimism that Clarke could return to game action by the end of the month.
