The Minnesota Timberwolves, currently leading the Western Conference, have bolstered their roster by signing former first-round draft pick Justin Jackson Jr. to a 10-day contract.

According to NBA insider Adrian Wojnarowski, Jackson joins the Timberwolves after showcasing his skills with the G League’s Texas Legends, where he has been averaging 19.9 points per game.

Jackson, who entered the league as a first-round pick in 2017, brings a wealth of experience to the Timberwolves, having played in 278 NBA games across seven different teams throughout his career.

He had limited playing time with the Boston Celtics last season, averaging just under a point in 4.7 minutes per game

Jackson’s career average is 6 points, 2.4 rebounds, and 1 assist in 17.6 minutes per game in his NBA career.
