Denver Nuggets’ standout Nikola Jokic is facing a $2,000 fine for flopping during their recent defeat against the Sacramento Kings.
The fine comes in response to an incident in the late fourth quarter when Jokic attempted a shot over Domantas Sabonis from the free-throw line.
The league determined Jokic’s actions as flopping, as he initiated contact with Sabonis, resulting in a foul being called in his favor.
