The defending NBA champions, the Denver Nuggets, are gearing up for the Western Conference semifinals series against the Minnesota Timberwolves and their young star Anthony Edwards.

Two-time MVP Nikola Jokic spoke highly of Edwards ahead of the series opener at Ball Arena in Denver.

“He’s amazing. He’s a really dangerous player. He’s a really talented player who can do everything, who has everything in his aresenal. He’s actually a really funny guy to be around. Hopefully we’re going to have some fun too,” Jokic said, per Harrison Wind.

Edwards played a key role as the Wolves swept the Phoenix Suns in the first round. He averaged 31 points, 8 rebounds, and 6.3 assists in 39.5 minutes per game.
