Longtime NBA point guard Chris Chiozza has secured a deal to play in Spain with Baskonia until the conclusion of the 2023/24 season. This announcement comes from a press release by the team.

Chiozza has accumulated 91 regular season appearances in the NBA, playing for the Rockets, Wizards, Nets, and Warriors from 2018 to 2022.

Despite being waived by the Brooklyn Nets in October of the previous year and not being part of the league in 2022/23, he showcased his skills with the Long Island Nets in the G League.

During the last season, he excelled with an average of 12.6 points and 9.1 assists per game in 34.1 minutes across 46 regular season and Showcase Cup games, boasting a shooting line of .433/.404/.729.
