Rockets sign Chris Chiozza to ROS contract, to get to 14 players. The signing, before and for longer than they had to, is a clear indication they feel Clint Capela won’t earn either $500K bonus (for 30% DRR, 65% FT). They’re now $468K below tax if not ($32K over if he earns one).
