Draymond Green recently made a strong comment about fellow NBA players. According to the four-time NBA champion, almost half of NBA players don’t have any basketball IQ at all.

“Not only do I not think there’s not many guys that have that next level basketball IQ. There’s not many guys that have a basketball IQ in the NBA,” Green said on the Pat Bev Pod. “You’re talking less than 60% of the NBA.”

Beverley interrupted by saying that Green is being generous with the 60% number. “He’s being nice. He’s being really nice,” Pat Bev said, implying that way less players have a basketball IQ.

“I’m really generous… Knowing the game of basketball in this league is like one of the biggest skills you can have because it separates you immediately… maybe not as extreme as like Steph Curry jumpshot separates him, but having a basketball IQ in this league immediately gives you a leg up.”
