After failing to make the playoffs for the second time in the last three years, the Raptors could be open to blowing up the roster this coming offseason.
According to Josh Lewenberg of TSN, all of Toronto’s players are on the table except for sophomore Scottie Barnes.
Last season the 21-year-old small forward averaged 15.3 points, 6.6 rebounds and 4.8 assists in 34.8 minutes per game.
