The Charlotte Hornets sign Kobi Simmons, who last played in the NBA during the 18-19 season, to a Two-Way contract.
In 32 games with the Greensboro Swarm, Simmons has averaged 18.2 points, 3.8 rebounds and 4.0 assists in 31.8 minutes.
