The Philadelphia 76ers head coach Doc Rivers talked to the media following Philly’s shocking loss to the Boston Celtics in Saturday night’s thriller.

Jayson Tatum made a go-ahead 3-pointer with 1.3 seconds left to put Boston on top. Joel Embiid then made a desperation full-court shot in an attempt to tie but time had expired. Boston held on for a 110-107 win against the Philadelphia 76ers.

“I mean, he came down, they threw him the ball, he pulled back. … It’s probably a shot he works on,” Rivers said, via ESPN. “Best-case scenario was to make it hard on him. He hit a tough one.

“Sometimes, you’ve got to live with those.”
