Damian Lillard scored 40 points and the Portland Trail Blazers completed a 2-game sweep of the Dallas Mavericks on Sunday night. The Mavericks rested star guard Luka Doncic. After the game, Dallas rookie Jaden Hardy shared his thoughts on the Mavericks going 1-4 on their road trip:
“It wasn’t really a good trip just because we lost. Everybody in our locker room – we want to win. We want to be winners. We got to go back, watch film, talk, and make changes – do what’s best for the team.”
