With rumors suddenly exploding about Trae Young potentially requesting to be placed soon on the trade block, his father is taking up that defensive stance in his future with the Atlanta Hawks.
Disputing Kevin O’Connor of The Ringer’s insights and analysis about the star guard’ blending to the team along with Dejounte Murray, Ray Young – Trae’s father – took a Twitter rant on how players are being criticized nowadays.
He also aired his belief that Young is indeed trying to work things out and win with the Hawks.
The Hawks are still looking to get over the hump, holding a fair 16-16 card as they continue their mark this season. While they look underwhelming so far, Young has been placed at the center of the speculations within the ball club.
