The Brooklyn Nets have sent Kyrie Irving six items that he should fulfill in order to return to team activities, Shams Charania of The Athletic provides.

Due to his reluctance to issue an apology on his previous media availability on Thursday, the franchise ultimately slapped him with a suspension for at least five games and must complete “a series of objective remedial measures that address the harmful impact of his conduct,” as he is “currently unfit to be associated with the Brooklyn Nets.”

Following the sanction imposed by the Nets, Irving finally sent his apologies on the Jewish community in a lengthy Instagram post.

Irving initially started his own controversy by sharing an Amazon link of “Hebrews to “Negroes: Wake Up Black America” on his Twitter account. Perceived by many as a promotion, the All-star guard drew general backlash from several league circles and personalities. As such, it took him days to take down his post that contains the movie on the said platform.
