More details are being leaked with regards to the controversial Ime Udoka misconduct in the Boston Celtics.

Sources told ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski that the Celtics’ hired independent law firm that investigated Udoka’s case found out that the suspended coach delivered “crude language in his dialogue with a female subordinate prior to the start of an improper workplace relationship with the woman.”

Added by Woj, the power dynamics between a superior member of the team and his relationship with a staff member was the main policy violation in the report conducted.

Several teams are trying to gain preliminary understanding about Udoka’s suspension in preparation of assessing him for future coaching opportunities. As such, Wojnarowski detailed that the Celtics won’t hinder him if he desires to be a coaching candidate elsewhere.

Udoka is now serving his full season suspension this 2022-23 campaign. His future in Boston remains uncertain following the end of sanction, despite the fact that he spearheaded their first NBA Finals appearance since 2010.

The franchise already made a move and assigned assistant Joe Mazzulla to become their interim head coach.
