Delonte West seen loitering outside 7/11 after being seen panhandling

Former NBA guard Delonte West, who suffers from bipolar disorder, was seen loitering outside of a 7/11 convenience store in Virginia where he appeared to be asking people for money and at one point seemed to accept a handful of dollar bills.
