Klay Thompson could be a few days away from his season debut with the Golden State Warriors, according to Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN.
As the NBA insider reports, the Warriors are ‘optimistic’ the star guard will be available for the home game vs the Cleveland Cavaliers on Sunday.
Klay Thompson has been out of action since Game 6 of the 2019 NBA Finals. After a couple of very serious injuries, the three-time NBA champion is ready to return on the court.
Golden State currently has the best record in the league, at 28-7. The team will make a final decision upon its return from the two-game road trip on Friday.
