The versatile guard went for a game-high 32 points, on 11/22 shooting and 6/11 from beyond the arc, in 40 minutes of action. With VanVleet leading the way, the Raptors edged the Philadelphia 76ers on the road and snapped a three-game losing streak.
Toronto outscored Philadelphia 63-52 in the second half and claimed the victory (115-109) to improve to 7-6. For their part, the Sixers dropped to 8-5 and have now lost three straight.
