The first outing of the Los Angeles Lakers Big Three was a glimpse at what can be expected from them when the season begins, says James Worthy. According to the him, however, it will take time before they start playing their best basketball.

“I thought AD continued to be explosive. I thought LeBron was exceptional the way he continued to go to the hole and being aggressive. Russell.. I think he had a good game where he was in sync with the rest of the team,” the three-time NBA champion said. “So they showed a little of what we hope to see here after the Sacramento game. I was happy with it. They didn’t win the game but I was happy with what I saw from those three at least.”

Anthony Davis led the Lakers in scoring with 20 points, followed by LeBron James with 17, Carmelo Anthony with 13, Chaundee Brown with 11 and Russell Westbrook with 10.
