Kevin Durant doesn’t believe there is a rivalry between the Brooklyn Nets and the Milwaukee Bucks.

Durant noted this rivalry is between fans and not between the players or the two franchises.

“If we play them a few more times in the playoffs then maybe. But, there’s not enough continuity in our league for teams to have rivalries,” Durant said, via Kristian Winfield of New York Daily News.

The Nets and the Bucks faced each other on Friday, with Brooklyn earning the 115-119 preseason win. Now, both sides have their sights set on the season opener in nine days. Kevin Durant and the Nets will take on the Bucks at Fiserv Forum on October 19.
