Golden State Warriors center Kristaps Porzingis has addressed his ongoing health problems, which have kept him out of training camp and all preseason games.
The Latvian big man remains sidelined indefinitely as he works with medical specialists to determine the cause of his condition.
Porzingis provided an update on X, explaining that his health has been improving despite the uncertainty surrounding his return.
“Hello people, I’m working with doctors and experts to figure out how to be fully back to good health asap. Honestly, I’m getting better and better. I just have to stay patient, and I believe I’ll be feeling great again soon,” Porzingis wrote.
“It has definitely been frustrating dealing with some health stuff that you can’t exactly pinpoint, on top of injuries throughout my career, so it has added up for sure, but we will get through it 💪🏼
“Health is wealth. Thank you for all the support 🙏🏼.”
The 7-foot-2 center has dealt with multiple injuries throughout his NBA career, while his latest health problems have prevented him from preparing for the upcoming season with his teammates.

Golden State signed Porzingis to a $40 million contract extension during the offseason despite being aware of his health situation.
