The Denver Nuggets entered the danger zone after a crushing defeat in Game 2 against the Phoenix Suns (98-123). Following the loss, the Nuggets now trail in the series 0-2.

According to Denver’s head coach Michael Malone, his team lacked everything in this game. “We had no juice, no energy, no passion, no fight, no urgency, no grit,” he said.

Newly crowned NBA MVP Nikola Jokic was the top scorer for the Nuggets with 24 points, 13 rebounds and 6 assists. Meanwhile, the Suns were led by Devin Booker (18 points, 10 rebounds) and Chris Paul (17 points, 15 assists).
