Anthony Davis took responsibility for the Lakers’ loss to the Phoenix Suns in Game 1 (90-99).
Davis said the Lakers don’t stand a chance to win the series vs the Suns if he keeps playing like that.
“No way we’re winning a game, let alone a series, with me playing the way I played. This one is on me,” Davis said, via Ryan Ward of Lakers Nation.
Davis had 13 points (5/16 shooting) and seven rebounds in the contest. Phoenix leads the series 1-0, with Game 2 taking place on Tuesday.
