Markieff Morris is expected to have significant playing time in the second half of the game against the Dallas Mavericks.
Morris will replace Anthony Davis, who will be on minutes restriction and will play only in the first half.
“Markieff Morris, who’s played well in Davis’ absence, will start the 2nd half for the Lakers,” Mike Trudell of Spectrum Sportsnet reports.
With Davis returning to the Lakers lineup, Morris is expected to come off the bench for the defending champions.
