Even though the debut of Andre Drummond did not go as planned as he had to leave the game early due to a toe injury, he was excited to put on the uniform and represent the Los Angeles Lakers.
“Well I lost a toe nail but still felt incredible wearing the purple and gold!! Be back soon Lakers,” the 27-year-old center tweeted afterwards.
Drummond is expected to miss 1-2 games due to the injury. The Lakers’ next two games are against the Kings and against the Clippers.
