Dennis Schroder has been in contract extension talks with the Los Angeles Lakers ever since he joined the team via a trade from the Thunder.
The Lakers made an extension offer to Schroder in offseason (two years, $33.4M), yet the versatile guard rejected it, per Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN.
“Before the start of the season, Schroder turned down an initial Lakers offer to extend his contract for an additional two-years and $33.4 million, sources said — an overture that represented the maximum allowable offer the Lakers could make him prior to February 16,” Wojnarowski reports, via Lakers Daily.
