Kyrie Irving revealed a new nickname for him and his good friend and fellow NBA superstar Kevin Durant.
Irving said the new nickname for him and Durant is ‘7-11’.
“It’s a new show. It’s a new beginning in terms of building and moving forward with the pieces that we have here, and that includes 7-11. So get to know us,” Irving said, via Ethan Fuller of Basketball News.
Irving and Durant shined in their preseason debut with the Brooklyn Nets and combined for 33 points (18 and 15, respectively) in the 114-119 victory over the Washington Wizards.
