Giannis Antetokounmpo has his sights set on winning the 2020/21 NBA championship with the Milwaukee Bucks.
At the same time, he has less than two weeks to sign his supermax contract extension with the Bucks (until December 21).
“I don’t believe it is a championship or bust situation and nobody wants to win a championship more than me. But you have to keep getting better step-by-step,” Antetokounmpo said, via Eric Nehm of The Athletic.
If Antetokounmpo decides to decline his supermax extension, he will become a free agent in 2021.
