Despite winning his 2nd MVP in a row, Giannis Antetokounmpo of the Milwaukee Bucks said that he doesn’t believe he’s the best player in the world.

Antetokounmpo said LeBron James of the Los Angeles Lakers is still number 1 on that list no matter who the MVP is.

Hear what the three-time Super Bowl Champion and Pro Football Hall of Famer Shannon Sharpe have to say about Giannis’s comments:

James is coming off of his fourth title and at age 35 last season, averaged 25.3 points, a league-high 10.2 assists, 7.8 rebounds, and 1.2 steals while shooting at 49.3 percent from the field.

Prior to the NBA bubble, Giannis, who took home both MVP and DPOY last season, averaged 29.6 points on 54.7 percent shooting, 13.7 rebounds, 5.8 assists, 1.0 steal, and 1.0 block in just 30.9 minutes per game.
