LeBron James signed a two-year max extension with the Los Angeles Lakers which will keep him with the Purple & Gold until 2023. The four-time NBA champion has just completed his second year with the Lakers. James helped Los Angeles win its seventeenth NBA title.
Lakers legend Magic Johnson reacted to the news of LeBron signing an extension by praising the team owner Jeanie Buss and congratulating James.
“Excellent job by the Lakers Owner Jeanie Buss signing LeBron James to a two year extension! Congratulations LeBron James!” Johnson tweeted.
