ESPN’s analysts – Paul Pierce, Jackie MacMullan, and Jorge Sedano – discuss what changes should be made for the Houston Rockets star point guard James Harden without former GM Daryl Morey and head coach Mike D’Antoni and what adjustments Harden needs to make for next season.

Last season, Harden became the league’s scoring champion for the third season in a row and one of the finalists for the NBA’s MVP award:

Rockets owner Tilman Fertitta remains optimistic about his team’s chances and believes Harden will remain at the club.

“There is no reason to blow up your roster. This is still our window, the next couple of years. James and Russell are in their early 30s. We’re not blowing up anything. We plan on contending. We’re going to do whatever we had to do to win,” Tilman Fertitta said, per Johnathan Feigen.
