Jamal Murray was disappointed after the Denver Nuggets’ loss to the Los Angeles Lakers in Game 5 (107-117).

Murray and the Nuggets lost the series (4-1) and missed the opportunity to qualify for the NBA Finals.

“It was a good run, but I don’t want to be in the position of losing. I just hate to lose and nothing else really matters to me,” Murray said, via Mike Singer of the Denver Post.

Murray and Denver had an impressive run in the playoffs, coming back twice from a 3-1 deficit. They eliminated both the Utah Jazz and the Los Angeles Clippers, but came up short against the Lakers.
