When the Nuggets needed him the most, Jamal Murray went off and scored 23 of his 37 points in the fourth quarter in Game 2 of the Western Conference Finals, leading his team to the win over the Lakers (108-103).

Even though Los Angeles led for most of the game, Murray did not see Denver’s win as a comeback. “It wasn’t a comeback. We was right there the whole time,” he said, via Bennett Durando.

The Nugget lead the series 2-0 and will now travel to Los Angeles for Games 3 and 4.
